Before joining OGC, Todd held multiple leadership roles at Educational Media Foundation (media and entertainment; nonprofit): Board member, CEO, Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Government Affairs. He oversaw six public-facing entities producing broadcast, streaming, video, book publishing, live concerts, and events for a weekly audience of 35 million.
At Nissan Group of the Americas (TSE 7201:JP), Todd served as General Counsel and Secretary, advising the C-suite and Board while leading cross-border teams through cyber intrusions, complex transactions, high-stakes litigation, and compliance investigations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He managed all North American legal operations.
At Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW), Todd served as Acting General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. A Board-elected Section 16 officer, he held global responsibility for legal operations across the United States, Australia, India, China, France, the United Kingdom, and Mexico.
Todd earned his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and his MBA and BBA from the University of Mississippi. His executive education includes The Wharton School, the Center for Creative Leadership, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and Deloitte.
